Two pavé bars cross the finger at an angle and set the whole spectrum running through them — green into yellow into orange, red at the intersection, then pink into violet into blue. Every stone is a sapphire, which is the part most people don't expect; corundum comes in every color but red, and this ring puts nearly all of them in one place. Warm 18K yellow gold underneath keeps the reds and oranges glowing instead of cooling off. An X worn flat across the knuckle, for people who don't need a center stone to make the point.
